Wines

We have searched the four corners of the Central Coast of California’s wine region to find the best grapes that would be made into Nipa wines. Our wines are made with a minimalist attitude toward manipulation. We simply process the grapes into wine and then put them to sleep in oak barrels for 12 to 24 months, before we bottle our exquisite wines.

Solera

Paso Robles

Is a rich, powerful wine and one of the most expressive vintages yet. Bold fruit flavors of deep black cherry, raspberry and blackberry are layered with vanilla oak. Subtle cigar box and cedar notes are discernible. This wine’s excellent structure and silky tannins lead to a resounding finish. This is a rich wine that you can enjoy now or cellar for 10-20 years.

Zinfandel

Paso Robles

This Zinfandel is truly a wonderful example of what a great Westside Paso Robles Zinfandel is supposed to be like.  The aroma of spice and berries followed by the flavors of dark cherries and rich raspberry jam hit your palette big at first then fade away into smooth finish.

Rosé

Paso Robles

This dry Rosé is very similar to a European style Rosé, which we think makes for a very interesting glass of wine.
